4. What Happens After You Submit a DMCA Notice

• We may keep a secure record of the notice as required by law.

Please note that removing the referenced content from Candyrips does not affect its availability on external streaming platforms. You must contact those platforms directly for removal from their services.

5. Counter-Notification

If content has been removed due to a DMCA request and you believe the removal was mistaken or unauthorized, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location.
2. Your contact information.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy
